Is the Bermuda Triangle still a thing?

I was scrolling through X earlier and saw an interesting post about the Bermuda Triangle, asking the question, what happened to it. That caught my eye because as a youth that was one of the legends that got me interested in the unexplained. 

So, I decided to take a look at it and see what was happening. If you don’t know, the Bermuda Triangle or Devil’s Triangle covers around 500,0000 square miles in the Atlantic Ocean. The apexes of the triangle are in the surrounding areas of Miami, Florida, Bermuda, and San Juan, Puerto Rico. 

Through the years there are reports of hundreds of shipwrecks and disappearances in this area. While there is no actual map of this region, a person is aware when they enter and are a touch on edge. 

It’s true that some of the disappearances have been explained over time, which is the case with a lot of things. But, like with UFO sightings, not all events can be explained and research continues even though many people claim to have solved the mystery. 

Digging into this, I discovered that mysterious events are still happening and have been for some time. Here are a couple of the more notable events from the past two decades. 

• In 2003, a couple set sail from Boynton Beach Inlet in Florida for a one-day excursion in their 16-foot boat, never to be seen again. The Coast Guard searched a large area, but found nothing. 

• June 2005, a Piper PA-23 that was carrying three people went missing between Fort Pierce in Florida and Treasure Cay Island in the Bahamas.

• April 2007, aAnother Piper PA aircraft, with only one pilot on board, went missing near Berry Island.

• December 2008, a Britten-Norman Islander flying to New York with 12 people on board, disappeared about 35 minutes after takeoff. There were no signs of the aircraft to be found even after extensive search operations by the Coast Guard.

• January 2021, 20 people aboard a blue and white 29-foot Mako Cuddy Cabin vessel had gone missing. The passengers were in the oft-cited Bermuda Triangle. Searches by the coast guard were eventually called off after finding nothing.

While this is only a few occurrences, it does show that something is still happening, but the coverage that these are given is nowhere near the level that it once was. For me, it may be something natural, I don’t know, but I won’t discount supernatural or even alien. 

I do know that much like the news cycle today, our knowledge is controlled by a corrupt legacy media that only covers the narratives and talking points they are given. With that, I urge people to research things that they want to know about on their own, you may be surprised what you find (or like the case of the men in black- don’t find).
