Did the Bricks & Minifigs case in Provo speed up the demise of Provo Canyon School?

Over the weekend, Reckless Ben dropped a video that was even crazier than the Bricks & Minifigs saga, and it was one he hinted at during his visit to American Fork: He infiltrated the Provo Canyon School. Yes, the same school made famous by Paris Hilton, and likely founded with some MK-Ultra connections.

It is insane that Ben actually managed to get accepted and spend roughly 48 hours in the famed facility. Ben had just turned 30 years old and is much older than the typical "troubled youth" that the facility caters to. And now the fallout has begun. 

In recent weeks, the institution has been shut down and lost its accreditation, although it is now appealing. They are also threatening to sue Reckless Ben, which isn't surprising coming from a company in Utah, but what is surprising is that, in their statement, they claimed they knew the video was coming. Which begs the question of how?

Yes, the staff or a friend of someone at Provo Canyon could have been watching when one of the body-cam releases from American Fork aired, where Ben shared some of his story. That would be one way, but there is another option, and considering the behavior shown in the Bricks & Minifigs saga, it isn't a stretch: Detective Medina Dore or someone in the Provo Police Department. 

Why would I speculate this could be an option? The combination of the timeline and the state's actions to shut down the school. 

The incident at Provo Canyon paralleled Ben's visit to Bricks & Minifigs, which eventually led to a likely unconstitutional search warrant months later for Ben's Google data and files. While the goal of that warrant and case was likely to help protect Bricks & Minifigs, at least that is what the timeline points to, the data pulled by Dore would have shown the rough cuts of the Provo Canyon video, meaning she would have watched them as part of the Bricks & Minifigs investigation. 

The question is: what did she do with that information? By all appearances, she shared data with at least Ammon McNeff in their case. I don't know that for certain, and am only speculating, based on the difference in demeanor shown by McNeff in March (a month after the warrant) and how he was doing everything in his power to silence Reckless Ben before even one video was dropped. 

Which leads back to Provo Canyon, and the information the Provo Police had on the institute. Did they use some of Ben's files to launch an investigation? The state stripped their licensing in July. 

Of course, this could all be a coincidence; after all, high-profile people like Paris Hilton have been protesting the school for years, and other documentaries have been made. The difference this time is that actual video from inside the facility escaped, and the claims heard for years now had something tangible to verify them: the recordings from Sheldon, included in the video. 

Again, it could be coincidence, but for me, I don't believe in coincidence.
