Why the Electoral College Matters

In the days following the surprising results of the 2016 Presidential Election, massive protests have grown violent and our once fabled college institutions are crumbling at the core. Gone are the days of acceptance and education, instead these institutes have become day care facilities for hypersensitive and unchallenged youth. In a society where there are no winners and losers, and everyone receives a trophy, it is clear that somewhere along the line political correctness has gone too far.

In the case of this election, while it was a shock that Donald Trump was able to overcome the globalist machine employed by Hillary Clinton by winning fairly, it is even more amazing that he was able to win at all with the election rigged against him. Yes, protesters and pundits have claimed it a false victory, since he only won the Electoral College, but even that claim by the liberal biased state run media outlets may not be true at all.

As of today according to politico.com, Hillary Clinton did in fact win the popular vote by a margin of 797,724 votes1. However, those numbers may not be a reality and are likely another false narrative created by an illegitimate media establishment to fight the conservative movement. In the days since the election, organizations such as Truethevote.com have found an overwhelming amount of irregularities, including 3 million illegal votes being cast during this election2, and more research is being done by the day to see if there were any more cases. These infractions of voter fraud are so blatant, that a lawsuit has already been filed to disallow them.

While this may seem like a small issue, it is a major reason why the Electoral College is still a viable part of the voting landscape, and why we as the United States cannot move toward a complete popular vote in national elections. Not only does the potential for voting fraud in presidential elections exist, it has been proven on more than one occasion.

Of course, in this election there was also another issue that compounded the typical election/voter fraud and that was the words of President Obama, almost encouraging the practice? In a video interview, the president almost challenged illegal voters to take part in the process by alluding to the fact that there would be little to no penalty  if caught.  He went as far as to say, “Even though people try to discourage you from voting, if you want to vote, and you show up at your polling place, they can’t stop you from voting.”

In this election where illegal immigration was a hot button topic, statements such as those presented by the president are dangerous for the sovereignty of a nation. As a country with laws, those laws must be enforced, even if they do not mirror the agenda for open hemispherical rule.

When you couple these words with the evidence uncovered by Project Veritas in their undercover research, it is extremely easy to see why it is important to have a system in place to battle the lawless ideologies that make up a large percentage of the liberal election playbook. So, while you are out there coloring at the cry-in, wake-up and become informed by the information that exists in front of you and realize that the reality that we live in does not match the societal norms being pushed by the establishment media. Yes, the system was rigged, but more importantly for all America, our founders and framers created an electoral system that could defeat the vile globalist agenda.
